Worked closely with capture managers, partners, principals and directors for federal agency proposals, including the Department of Defense, the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Food and Drug Administration, and the U.S. Postal Service.
